Honda does not permit their dealers to sell 49 state models into California because of California C.A.R.B. standards & laws. We can lose our Honda dealership for doing so. If the purchaser mentions they are taking this equipment to California we will not be able to sell it. The purchaser must show us a non California ID or proof they have a residence or business outside of California in their name where they plan to use the equipment. Your state issued ID is the easiest but you can use a utility bill or business license. We will use this address for your receipt and Honda's warranty registration. We're required to warranty register all Honda equipment we sell to activate your Honda warranty.
