Job Summary

Full time bilingual customer service representative for a long time family owned & operated retail business. We sell & service lawn & garden outdoor power equipment, parts, oils and accessories. The main duties are helping customers purchase the lawn & garden equipment, parts and accessories they're looking for, no pressure sales, no sales quota, no up-selling, just honest customer service. The job also includes the following, Taking payments from customers. Looking up equipment on computers and finding replacement parts for customers using parts diagrams. Writing up orders for equipment repair and gathering the equipment from customers. Calling customers by phone to communicate the status of repair orders and parts orders.

• Applicant must speak English & Spanish or will not be considered.

• Must have some computer typing skills.

• Should be able to stand behind a counter and occasionally lift equipment weighing up to 40lbs.

• Should have good people skills, sales or customer service experience is a plus.

• Should be able to work Monday-Friday 8-5.

• Small engine mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required.

• No experience needed, but is desired. In house and online training is provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.75 - $17.00 per hour
